Recharging Our Feminine Energy With A Spa Day For Two At Centre Parcs Longleat Aqua Sana
It’s pretty safe to say, that most ladies, love a spa day. So when Aqua Sana reached out to invite me and a friend into the spa. I leaped at the opportunity.
My friend Jade accompanied me to Longleat, and in just over an hour we were ready to discover the newly refurbished Aqua Sana at Center Parcs Longleat Forest, just a short drive from Salisbury, Bath, and Yeovil.
Set in a spectacular valley surrounded by majestic Giant Redwood trees, Aqua Sana has five spa zones and 24 different nature-inspired spa experiences, from the atmospheric Forest Cavern to the calming Moonlight Steam Room.
On-site parking is available at all of their locations. When you arrive at Center Parcs, follow the drive to the arrivals lodge and show your confirmation email to our welcome team who will direct you to the spa car park. Once you've parked, make your way to Aqua Sana reception.
Aqua Sana offers an exciting new Forest Spa with 24 unique spa experiences across 5 spa zones. Bask in the fiery heat of the Volcanic Forest, drift away in the multi-sensory meditation areas, and let your stresses melt away in the Hot Springs and Treetop Nesting zones.
NORDIC SAUNA
Take a seat on the aspen wooden benches and relax in the soothing dry heat, which induces perspiration and opens pores to cleanse the body of impurities. The floor-to-ceiling window brings the 'wow factor', offering peaceful, panoramic views of the forest outside.

Follow our heat experiences with an invigorating ice rub across your skin in our igloo-inspired Ice Cave. Alternating extremes of heat and cold helps to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, minimize pores and enhance your sense of wellbeing.

Now let’s take a look at the different experiences that you can take in that is a part of the Volcanic Forest.
LAVA SAUNA
This intense sauna uses red light and glowing coal to recreate the look and feel of the earth's fiery core. The hot, dry atmosphere relaxes the muscles and respiratory system, improves circulation and helps strengthen core immunity.
VOLCANIC STEAM
Feel the warm steam intensify to relax muscles, ease tension and detox skin. The red and amber glow of the volcano illuminates the room as you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
VOLCANIC MISTS
Two showers, five experiences. Brave the cold bucket shower to cool down after leaving a sauna, or choose from four milder, nature-inspired settings, including tropical rain, cold mist and warm spray or a combination.
FIRESIDE RELAX
Snuggle up on an oversized cocoon bed in this dimly lit room, wrapping yourself in a blanket and drifting off to the soft glow and crackling sounds of the fire.
Aqua Sana has made the whole experience work so seamlessly. If you are wondering what to bring…
All you really need to bring is your swimwear! You may also wish to bring something to wear on your feet in the spa, like slippers or flip flops.
They will provide you with soft and snuggly towels and robes when you arrive. You'll get to try out some of their luxury spa products during your spa experience, and these can be purchased in the retail Boutique.
And if you were like Jade and I, and had an early morning, you will definitely want to stop by the cafe!
The grounds at Aqua Sana at Longleat are quite vast, you could truly spend quite a bit of time there. And although I was quite happy with the experience, I think now that i have experienced it once, I would not do it again in the same fashion.
What do I mean by that?
Well, firstly, as the time of when we went… It was half term. So it was absolutely packed in the spa. Although most people were practicing proper form and etiquette, as it was so busy it made it quite difficult to have any form of discrete conversation.
Therefore, as much as I enjoyed the company of my friend Jade. I think if i were to return, I would do this as a Spa Day just for myself.
I think that I also would time block my time, so i could have different experiences in a more intentional way. And I would love to break it up with some treatments in between.
Have you ever been to Aqua Sana? What was your experience like?
